At National Deli, Food Safety and Product Quality are number one. Our Food Safety Program covers all USDA guidelines as well as many additional precautions.

Our Quality Assurance Team directs the following:

1. Perform comprehensive microbiological testing to ensure that all products meet our high quality standards.
2. Employees working in our uncooked product areas are physically separated from those in our cooked product cooking and packaging areas.
3. All employees sanitize their gloves and equipment every time they enter cooked product areas.
4. Employees leaving the cooked areas for any reason re-sanitize there gloves/equipment before re-entering our facilities.
5. We use an independent certified laboratory to conduct food safety audits.
6. Products are post pasteurized using the unitherm infrared process to assure the safest products.
