PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION

Unless otherwise specified, the Services and information are for your personal non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, design, products or services obtained from the any of our site(s). All information should be assumed to be proprietary. Any commercial use or unauthorized distribution will be immediately responded to with full and appropriate legal action.

In an effort to allow for us to keep a careful watch out for those that deliberately attempt to use copyrighted information without appropriate authorization, we have randomly watermarked areas within our sites. This allows for us to identify those parties that are deliberately obtaining code, information and design from our sites.

Permission to use Documents, images and programs (such as tutorials, programs, galleries etc.) from the site is granted, provided that (1) Camera Club Central and our address: www.nationaldeli.com are prominently displayed on the document or page it is used within (2) use of such documents is for informational and non-commercial or personal use only and will not be copied or posted on any network computer or broadcast in any media, and (3) no modifications of any documents are made. Accredited educational institutions, such as K-12, universities, private/public colleges, and state community colleges, may download and reproduce the documents for distribution in the classroom. Distribution outside the classroom requires express written permission.

Use for any other purpose is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.

Use of Your Personal Information

The personal information we collect from you will be used by National Deli and its subsidiaries and affiliates to provide the service or carry out the transaction you have requested and/or authorized. This may include using the personal information for the following purposes:

To provide you with important information about the product or service that you are using, including updates and notifications;

To make one of our sites or services easier to use by eliminating the need for you to repeatedly enter the same information or by customizing the site or service to your particular interests or preferences;

To improve the product or service and to provide better customer service to users.

National Deli and its subsidiaries and affiliates does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. National Deli and its subsidiaries and affiliates may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party.

We occasionally engage outside professionals to provide limited services on our behalf, such as packaging, sending and delivering brochures or software or other informational material and other mailings, answering customer questions about products or services, processing registrations, or performing analysis of our services. We will only provide those companies the personal information they need to deliver the service, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

National Deli and its subsidiaries and affiliates may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on www.nationaldeli.com; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of National Deli and its subsidiaries and affiliates and its family of websites, and, (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of National Deli and its subsidiaries and affiliates, its websites, or the public.
